Breakfast


Everything on our buffet breakfast is either sourced from local artisanal producers or made in-house.

Cheese, eggs, farmhouse butter, unpasteurised milk, fresh-pressed juice, baguettes, fruits, jams, honey, granola and yogurt ‘maison’.

Breakfast is served between 8–10am Mon–Sunday.
11,50€ per person (not included in the room tariff)

Allergies or dietary issues such as gluten or dairy intolerances can be catered for with advance notice.

 Restaurant


The restaurant is open for breakfast and supper with a light ‘casse-croûte’ bar menu available at lunch times. Ours is a ‘cuisine du terroir’ highlighting the wealth of artisanal produce from the Auvergne such as Puy lentils, organic farmed trout and local cheeses such as Saint Nectaire, Salers and Fourme d’Ambert.

The Auberge has a large kitchen garden where most of our seasonal organic vegetables are grown, the remainder selected by our chefs from organic growers at two local markets and from farms in the area.. Depending on the season wild mushrooms and herbs are foraged from the surrounding fields and forests.

Given prior notice the kitchen is happy to cater for vegetarians and those with particular dietary requirements or allergies, although strong emphasis is placed upon vegetable dishes in any case.

Meats are carefully sourced from markets and local producers whose farming practices we know and trust.

Supper is served from 7.30pm Tuesday - Sunday

Set 4 course menu €38.00 p/person (€7.50 p/person suppl for cheese course)

The restaurant closes on Mondays after breakfast service.
